To directly address customer inquiries and concerns, we executed targeted paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. These initiatives served as a proactive approach to engaging with our audience, providing answers to their common questions and further solidifying Vital Farms' commitment to transparency and consumer satisfaction.
In my role as the senior social strategist at Hahn Agency leading the Vital Farms Digital account, I initiated monthly social listening reports for to discern prevalent themes and inquiries from customers. These reports enabled us to pinpoint recurring questions and concerns among our audience. Leveraging these insights, we developed both organic and paid content aimed at fostering resonance with our audience and bolstering trust.
